Our collection of Vintage, Floral, Exotic birds, cuteness overload, Alphabets and a varied range of ceramic mugs. If you do not see an Alphabet please inbox us and we will upload it for you and send you a message. You will receive one Mug. Like to buy one in your style, message us and we will be happy to bespoke it specially for you. MOQ is applicable on bespoke mugs. All mugs will be couriered 4-5 days after the order is placed as they will be made specially for you. Hand wash only. Do not put in oven or microwave.
The Props in the photo are not for sale. Only one Mug will be couriered to you.
Our Mugs are made to order and will be dispatched 7 days after receiving the order.

Our return policy:
We have a no-returns policy, as our products are handcrafted and shipped with utmost care. As such, no items can be returned and we will not accept returns unless the item received was wrong or our evaluation of your return claim deems it fit. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our return policy is limited only to cases wherein the wrong item has been received. In case you have received the wrong item, please ensure that to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return for an item you have wrongly received (i.e. one that is not the same as the product you have placed an order for) you can contact us at info@watermoon.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our shipping policy
We will make a maximum of three attempts to delivery. After which we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion with no refund. Delivery may take longer than usual due to Unforeseen circumstance/calamities, customs regulations, flight delays, bad weather, Pandemic, political disruptions etc.
WaterMoon ships through a preferred shipping partner and will pack and ship purchased products within the estimated time frame.
