Refund policy

We have a no-returns policy, as our products are handcrafted and shipped with utmost care. As such, no items can be returned and we will not accept returns unless the item received was wrong or our evaluation of your return claim deems it fit. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our return policy is limited only to cases wherein the wrong item has been received. In case you have received the wrong item, please ensure that to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return for an item you have wrongly received (i.e. one that is not the same as the product you have placed an order for) you can contact us at info@watermoon.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
